What were your weight-control goals?
I wanted to weigh 125 lbs and feel healthy like I used to. I also wanted to be pain free.
What motivated you to lose weight?
I was about to go into size 24 clothing, and I was tired of being afraid of having a heart attack.
What was your weight-loss method?
Eat less - Move more. It's that simple. I cut out a lot of junk food and logged everything that I ate and drank.
What were some obstacles you encountered while losing weight?
I really didn't have an obstacles other than self-control, which I learnt to keep in check.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
You are in control of yourself. No one can do this for you - except you, with the help of your food diary of course!
How do you feel now that you've lost weight?
WONDERFUL! I have no pain in my feet or hips, my acid reflux is totally gone, my fear of having a heart attack is gone, I have energy to burn and I don’t get winded using stairs. I have a lot more confidence too.
